The John Walter Museum located in River Valley, was named after one of Edmonton's most exciting settler and industrialist. On Sunday afternoons, the public can choose to visit houses dating back from 1875, 1884, and 1901. This museum makes a great place for school programs, workshops, pioneer birthday parties and activities. If you want to see what John Walters was really like, find the house that contains a history of his past in pictorial form. The other two houses are decorated and furnished as they were in the old days.
